Meditation sessions are held every Sunday from 1-2pm and are guided by meditation guide. Rhodes H. Pierre, employing a unique and eclectic mix of meditation techniques and traditions. Each class is different and will shake up your practice with new techniques, with an emphasis on peace in body and mind, active mindfulness and breath awareness. Rhodes structures each session depending on the needs and abilities of those in attendance, allowing anyone interested to enjoy the benefits of meditation no matter what age, physical aptitude or level of experience!
